On what grounds are they trying to evict you? If there is proper grounds for evicting you, the person or entity holding legal title to the property may bring the unlawful detainer action against you. You should immediately consult your own attorney to protect your legal rights.

Generally they could, but it depends on the terms of the trust and what the other co-trustees desire.

Some questions, Are you parents still alive? Do you have a lease or rental agreement? Do you pay rent? Has the co-trustee told you why they want to evict you? Is it to sell the property? Is it to rent it for a higher premium?
