Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father passed away recently on December 29, 2009. He is survived by his second wife, 1 child (daughter), son-in-law, 1 grandson. He has a living trust with his current wife. He has been a long time resident of California. What are my rights as his only child (daughter) to seeing his will and living trust provisions for his heirs?

Sorry for your loss.

Please see prior answers on this site as to that question as to how to get to see the Will, etc. If you might be entitled to something in either case you legally have a right to see the instrument, but his wife and you do not have a good relationship [or you would not be asking this question] so you might have to threaten to probate the Will.
