Where would I find an article or law on how much a trustee with no experience who is also an heir/ beneficiary can be paid/awarded for carrying out a family trust in San Diego County-92119?

Goggle ca. trustee fees; articles #1 and 5 are very good. Basically, it is a reasonable compensation unless the Trustee instruments state what it is; typically that might be about 1%. Litle account is made as to whether the person is skilled or not but one could certainly argue "reasonable compensation" woud consider the person's knowledge and ability.
