Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Find a will

My son's great grandfather passed away around 1993, and I would like to know how to go about looking up his last will and testament; I recall my son being referred to in some document I viewed in Norwalk, CA at the hall of records. Is there any online resource for viewing someone's will?

Re: Find a will

Not unless it was recorded, which they usually are not. See if you can find the attorney who drafted the will, it really is yourbest bet. After that, check the probate records and/or title records to the home to see who it passed to or if a Probate was ever opened.
