Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I don't understand- Legal dictionary

Can someone please explain in layman's terms what exactly does it mean...

I looked for the definition of HUMAN in a legal dictionary, this is what I found;

human: see (monster)

monster: a monster is a human being by birth, but in some parts resembling a lower animal. - a monster having no inheritable blood, and cannot be heir to any land.

Please help me understand this. My head is spinning with questions, like; Where did this come from? The deed to property actually reads TENNANT not OWNER? Can someone give me an example of a HUMAN vs. a HUMAN BEING? What is INHERITABLE BLOOD?

I hope someone can make sense of this for me. Right now I'm seeing that this may be of significant knowledge pertaing to scripter of the Bible all the way up to the Economical and Political situations we face today. Maybe I'm just making a mountain out of a molehill or more than likely making a fool of myself, but this definition of HUMAN just seems to have a shocking connection and combination of wording. Am I the only one tripping out here? Please reply...
