Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My grandfather died several years ago and I just found out that my dad is a beneficiary to a living trust. My father died before my grandfather and nothing was said to me or given to me regarding my grandfathers trust. How do I proceed and is there a statute of limitations for collecting?
