Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Heiress To L & M Tabacco Co....
My grandmother told me about 23 years ago the Liggett and Meyers tabacco co is my realatives. My mother is a Liggett. I have done my own research, and know we are the same blood, however how do I find out of this, the Great Great's will...etc? Im willing to give 50% of the money to an attorney that collects.

you have to be kidding, just because your name is the same does not mean you are related, they have records and high priced lawyers and the douments which probably as all well prepared documnets say that any one not otherwise bequethed any part of the estate gets some nominal sum of $1 or $5 or nothing if you try to contest it -- my advice is stop smoking and show them what for ----
