Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

iwould like to see a copy of my moms will and trust. my fathers too/ can you guide me?/ where do i go onkine to vie my parents last wishes ie awill and a trust? and is it possible to have three different trusts with instructions at the same time does a person have to formally accept the trustee job by signing a legal document, if so and they dont formally ,sign, is it legal?

If your parents are dead, their Wills should be filed with the Superior Court in the county where they resided, and you have the right to request a copy of the terms of their trust from the current trustee, who should have sent you a trustee notice which states s/he is the trustee.
