I, 1 of 5 equal heirs of small Estate, no will,Petitioner is my sister also heir

letters of Admin 6/10/00,Petition prays to keep $7,000 in Estate for bills of

which she states in petition all were paid in final distribution on waiver of

account, Order states petitioner to keep $1,000 in Estate distribute the

rest, but never happen. Petitioner files Partition for sale of one real

property finished 12/15/03. I wrote letter to court stating never recieved

distribution. U.M.O. Ordered Petitioner to appear for status report. Last

hearing was on 8/9/04. status report (DROPPED FROM CALENDAR) need

appearance. accounting of assets (DENIED) not in proper format. I never

recieved hearing notice. QUESTION? Was Dropped from calendar a good

thing for me as an heir? Will the accounting be done? and by who? and

how many days? Where can I go to get the info about this case? My sister

and I have not talked for 3 years and I dont intend to ever talk to her

again! Thanks if you can help!

You need to Motion the Court to demand an accounting. one of the attorneys here has recently encountered a similar situation, he may be the best person to discuss this issue with.
