limitations

My father died in California 4 years ago. He had remarried and none of his three children were notified of the death. He did not have a will. Is it too late receive a share of his estate?

Re: limitations

you need to have a California attorney check to see if a probate was opened for his estate and to attempt to determine whether there was any property that did not pass to his wife at death (such as certain community property and joint tenancy assets).
