my living trust is outdated. I would like to do the new one myself. What is the best form to use when the estate is under seven hundred thousand dollars?

Re: living trust california

I truly and sincerely hope that you are not planning on trusting one of those "off the shelf" trusts because they often have unforseen consequences that can be very troublesome and impossible to change after the first passing.

Please take a moment to review the Probate and Trust laws on our firm's site No-Probate.com.

If you have any additional questions, or would like to have some attorney input on your trust plan, feel free to contact our office and make an appointment for a free consultation with Charles or Anthony. (Press "0" for Anna and she'll make the appintment for you).

No matter if you use us or another firm, please do not use one of the boxed trusts, there is a very high probability that you will wind up disappointed in the results.

Scott
