living trust

I own property with my son (tenancy in common where I reside, a 2nd residence is my son's rental, a3rd building with 2 tenants we ''share''. Can I do a living trust on line or with your help?

i recommend that you meet with a qualified attorney in person for preparation of your estate plan. this process can be expedited by sending initial information and draft documents by email or mail for review, but at a minimum the final execution of the plan should be done at the attorney's office. please contact my office if i can be of assistance.
