how long due i have to take my stepmother to court about my Fothers will & trust . she is not aunoring it at all, & i due have the will .

There are too many typos for me to understand the situation. Also, a trust disposes of all the property included in it and removes it from the Will; the Will handles only property not included in the Trust. Anyone with some interest, which you are, can file requesting the probate of the Will.
