Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
How long after all the probate money is in the Bank accounts does it take the Attorneys to place the money were & to whom & what part to show the courts to whom the money goes were & then how long back to the courts to the checks to be sent out? It has been 10 weeks plus all estate bill have been paid.

I don't understand the question very well, but if you are talking about a probate action, then a petition to probate the estate must be filed; there is an orderly process thereafter to complete the process which can take as little as seven months but typically a year. But if all of the money is in accounts which had designated beneficiaries listed, then a probate may not be needed, as the proceeds would go directly to the beneficiaries. But your question is not clear, so I cannot give you a clearer answer.
