Probate question
my question is if the house i live in is still in probate. but i am being charge rent from the estate do i have the legal right to sublease a room to anyone. or any part of the house?

Unless something else has changed that you did not mention, you have no more right now to sublet then you did when your landlord was still alive (unless your rental contract says otherwise). Just because someone dies does not mean your lease has changed.
