requested to see family trust. my brother put our mother in a facility last year, sold her home, won't answer phone and has kept everyone far away. what can i do?

If your mother is alive, in most cases you don't have any right to information regarding the trust until your mother's death, unless you are her agent under a durable power of attorney or if you are appointed by the court as the conservator of her estate.

While I can't really judge what's going on here, isolation of an elder is a classic symptom of elder financial abuse. You may want to contact Adult Protective Services and ask them to look into the situation.
