if you file for a small estate, how do

you pay the bills? There is about

25,000 in stocks, 6,000 in the bank

& a final paycheck plus a car & a

motorcycle but about 45,000 in debt

plus whatever amount the bank will

ask for due to house foreclosed.

Re: small estate affidavit

If the house is not yet foreclosed on, then it is still part of the estate. Regardless of the amount of debt, you have to account for the total value of the assets.
