Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Trust

My grandfather left my brother in charge of his trust. When he died my brother was to sell the property and divided it between my brothers and sisters. In turn he rented it for ten years and pocketed the money. He then sold it three years ago and bought a house for himself. I just found this out this week by accident. What can I do?

Re: Trust

You can sue him. He committed several breaches. It's probably not too late. My firm can handle this for you. Call me if your interested.

Re: Trust

You could sue for breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims, and claim a constructive trust on his house.
