Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A trust states myself and 1 brother can stay free at a house for 1 year. After 3 months, brother illegally evicted me . Do I have a case against the trust? am already filing petition against brother.

Define "illegally evicted". Do you mean by the terms of the trust or the letter of the Law?

Generally, if you have a 1 year estate to live in the residence, your brother could not evict you unless he had good cause, such as committing waste or violation of state and/or federal laws.
