will

my grandfather is in the hospital with stomach cancer and wants me to make a will for him how do i go about starting it

Your grandfather can either write the entire thing, in his handwriting, or you will have to conform to the statute of wills and have at least two disinterested parties witness his signing it. I do recommend you also create a trust as this will avoid Probate, where a will alone will not.
