Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have been battling with EDD CA for about two months now, I was able to find work (deployment). I was able to get my benefits backdated a couple months because I was unable to get a hold of EDD. I have not received anything. I keep getting interviews and excuses, I am not looking for a handout, but I am looking to get a serious review and investigation done on EDD CA. I would like to know why it takes months to get a benefit I pay into, also why I receive emails, letters and calls, about the time and date of my interviews after they have passed, shouldn't I be notified beforehand?

Did they deny your EDD benefits? If so, you can appeal the denial.
