Impact injury at work cannot return to work

have to throw 125 lb tires over my head to get on walkway to stack tires, there is no other way to get them upstairs. 100 lb tire came back down and hit my head, knocking me out. i was sent to 1st surgeon for repair, but was done poorly,pain was still present left arm wrist thumb,company paid for first surgery, they then sent me to second surgeon who said the last surgery is causing more complications( pain on left side arm, hand, face.i did 2nd 15hr surgery paid by w.c. but woke up with extreme pain in right shoulder, forearm, wrist, thumb, work comp. paid again, i developed staph infection from hospital 3 weeks later, had multiple surgeries to stop infection,pain still present rt arm etc. was told again needed another surgery to fix pain in rt arm caused by 2nd surgery, i now have permanent nerve damage rt arm,thumb,wrist forearm, and extreme headaches in back of skull where 3 surgeries have been performed,blackouts when bending over, tilt head back. movement of head '' 0''due to fusions.cannot return to work ever( same job 22 yrs at company) cannot drive, or stand for 3-4 hrs.requires 9-10 hrs standing. note; problem still exists at work. not safe to toss tires 12-15 ft up -to heavy, who do i sue,co.?surgeon/hospital?out 15 mo
