Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

i was injured at work and had surgery on my neck, they added a plate across 3 vert. a received my QME report and it said 26% whole peson impairment of the cervical spine, now I'm 35 and make a 100k a year but i havent been back to work in 7 mo, and my lawyer has to set up the court date, how long will this take before a settlement will be reached and what kind of money are we talking here,
