Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Can I still get a lawyer at this point?

Original date of injury 5/21/03. Case settled with award of future medical care. Injury recurrence 6/05. Had QME exam determined permanent disability. Rating not finalized due to wrong guidelines used. Getting no help from Worker's comp insurance on what to do next? I'm confused & frustated with whole case. Can I still get a lawyer?
