Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Non Payment

I was awarded future medical on my claim. Now workers comp is refusing to pay my doctor and my mileage. I was injured in Jan of 2002. The letters they are sending me state if I was injured in Jan of 2004 I cannot see a chiropractor for care, however it was 2002 I was injured. The medical reports show a tear in my spine. Rating is 27%. What can I do at this time. Thank You.

Re: Non Payment

GEt representation, file a penalty petition and try to get to a hearing before you are moved into an MPN.
