Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

How much will a lawyer charge to take over a case after a cal workers comp case has been settled and stiped ?

If the lawyer that handled the case is not working with the client , can I sue him for malpractice ?

Fees for WC cases are set by the WCAB. Just not co-operating with you is not a basis for malpractice, you must suffer a monetary loss.
