Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I have been in a Worker's Comp case since 2002 which is still not settled. I have had one conversation with my attorney about 9 years ago and now I cannot get a response to my phone calls or emails. I want to get this case settled and out of my life and my attorney is not working for me. Is it too late to get a new attorney? Two of my Worker's Comp doctors have advised me to get a new attorney.
