Can your uncle be your legal representation (being he is a lawyer)? For example could he defend you if a situation where you where being sued for debt collections.

As noted on the LawGuru website, all questions are to this firm must be answered with reference to British columbia.

In British columbia, it does not matter if your lawyer is related to you, so yes he can represent you, so long as he is licenced to practice in British Columbia.
