Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada

U.S immigration question

I'm a pharmacist(canadian P.R) who passed pharmacy exam of U.S.The pharmaceutical employer of U.S are ready to sponsor me H1B visa.But I would like to know whether there is any benefit If I stay here for 1 more year for getting canadian citizenship before going..Is TN visa is better than H1B?Will they convert it soon to greencard?Please answer me at the earliest..

I read your email. If you become Canadian citizen, you can apply for TN. H-1B is not available until October 1, 2008.
