Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

I was wondering, if I can take legal action my employer, or the marker of dolly which I got by. In August I was putting air into a dolly tire and it exploded, causing severe damage to my left hand (broken index finger, broken thumb, liagment damage and tendon damage). I was off work for three months and I'm back to work now. I feel that my hand will never be back to full function the it was before my injury. Thank you for time
