conviction not actual crime

How would I go about getting a conviction listed on my record as the actual crime a minor consumption is showing up as a dui the breathalizer showed a .02 so it wasnt over legal driving limit but its still listed as a dui which is affecting life now as an adult what can i do to get it listed as what it actually was

You probably cannot get it changed now but you might be able to get it removed, which is a whole lot better. Call for details.

It depends greatly on which state you got the conviction in. It also depends on what you were convicted of (MIP?). Further, was it a conviction by jury, by trial to the court, or did you plead guilty? If so, straight plea or deferred?
