Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Can I cancelling a sales contract (new auto)
I recently signed a sales contract for a new car. After driving the car home, I had time to really read the
contract and noticed that the agreed dealer pay registration fees wasn't listed. Also, the intrest rate was high, and I cannot make the monthy payments in all honesty. Can I get out of this? I signed less than 24 hours ago

Re: Can I cancelling a sales contract (new auto)
There is no right to cancel auto contract in a certain period of time. There is such a right for door-to-door sales, lines of credit based on your home, health club memberships and a few others. Nothing for auto contracts. Sorry.
