Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

How do I file a notice of default in Colorado. I am in NC I have the legal forms and can complete the information, but would like to know the filing procedure

You don't say if this is county or district court. Also, in Colorado it is not a notice of default. You must file a motion so what you have does not apply. Speak with a Colorado attorney as soon as possible as a default is not effective until the court acts on the motion. By this I mean that even if there is a default now they can still file an answer prior to court ordering the default.
