Small Claims Court Jurisdiction

The defendant and I had a notarized contract signed that the defendant would pay pack money to me. This contract was established and signed in the state of Colorado, but the defendant now lives in the state of Nevada. Which court should I go to for a Small Claims Judgement - Colorado or Nevada?

If the contract was made to be performed in Colorado and/or it was, actually, performed in CO, then you can probably file in CO. If not, then in NV.
