Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

arrested twice for same thing

i attemped to use a cc other than mine to puchase an x box. the cops came & i was still in the store, xbox put away in cabinet & was arrested they didn't tell me for what. they booked me but didn't tell me a bond & put me in in a cell. About 15 min later, one of the cops came in & said if i had someone w/ a valid driver's license could come pick me up, they would release me. So, my husband picked me up. That was now almost 4 months ago. Last night 2 cops from another jurisdiction came & arrested me for ''larceny'', w/ a hold on me for arapahoe county - the place where the xbox incident occurred. Is larceny a felony & can they arrest me w/o a police report? Can they arrest me twice for the same thing? Shouldn't the charge be Attempted Larceny, insted of just ''larceny''. thank you
