Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If I am facing harrassment charges, enhanced with domestic violence, what possible sentence could i receive? Colorado state. this was due to an altercation with a spouse, no harm to either party, and the couple plans to reconcile.

Provided it is a first, 6 months jail. But more likely probation. Done correctly, this case can get dismissed, but not easy if you do not have a good attorney.

The maximum sentence, without additional aggravators, is 6 mos. Loss of gun rights, loss of job, exile and banishment are also possible. Get an attorney.
