Felony offene:
District Court (trial)>Court of Appeals (review "of right") > Colorado Supreme Court (on cert. only) > US Supreme Court (on cert. only)
Most Misdos
County Court (trial)>District Court (review "of right") > Colorado Supreme Court (on cert. only) > US Supreme Court (on cert. only)
Civil CASES go a different way.
