Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I am on bond for a DWAI in boulder county colorado and just got news that I somehow failed a UA! I don't know what 4 yet and I see my case manager tommorow. I am not sure what to expect! I do not know how this test could have come up positive. Can you tell me what will likely happen to me tommorow ? WillI be arrested immediatly ?

Well, it depends. What was it positive for? IF MJ, then that stays in your system for a while and can spike even if you have not been using. Alcohol can be created in the kidneys and a positive may or may not mean that you were using. Other drugs are harder to answer, but there are such things as false positives for many drugs.

If you admit to using, then your admission is the only proof they need. Once you admit, the drug test is no longer necessary.

Usually, this does not land you in jail, but a second positive or other violations can. Be honest, but do not admit if you have done nothing wrong.
