No license required, you must request a DOR hearing to avoid revocation of your driving privilges,

If it's a motor scooter, you will lose your license, assuming no procedural issues involved in the police stop. If it's a motorized bicycle, you will not. Either way, you must ask for a Department of Revenue hearing within seven days of your ticket.
