Legal Question
I got a dui in 2006 and did not do probation. The judge reinstated probation in June of this year. I went to the probation department, and they told me they would mail me information about my probation within 30 days. I got arrested for a 2nd dui 12 days later and did 55 days in jail and the judge sentenced me to probation and ran it concurrent with the first one. Am I going to get a violation for the first one??
