Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Hello,

I need a legal advice in my probation case. Here is my story. In Jan 2008 I was convicted of DWAI in Arapahoe County Court, Colorado. As part of my sentence I was ordered to complete 12 months supervised probation. In Sep 2009 my probation status was changed to unsupervised. When 12 months passed I went to County Court to get a copy of my probation record. But the court clerk did not have any information stating that my probation ended. She refered me to the District Court. The District Court didn't have any information neither. The last update they have says "terminate supervision, mantain jurisdiction". The clerk told me to contact my probation officer. I contacted my PO and he told me that my probation ended in Jan 2009 but he can not provide me with any proof of that because he no longer has my file. He told me to contact county and district courts. But as I mentioned they have no information neither.

Now I don't know what to do. Should I write a letter to the judge asking him to update my records or shoul I file a motion with the court- couty/district(which one?) to have my record updated.

Thank you for your advice

Alex H.
