My husband got a DUI last year. Now he is facing probation violations, and has to go back to court. He has done all of the community serv. and classes,"he even took 6 classes to many" Unfortunatly he has been on SCRAM 3 times now becouse he blew hot and two hot UA. So now he has to go back to court. What are some of our opptions? This was his first time. I would really like to know if there is a chance that he will have jail time? Do we get a lawyer?

There is a chance he will get jail. You should get a DUI lawyer.
