Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I got an incident free DUI. In fact, was arrested at my final destination on private property. I was drinking and plead guilty. I'm 43 yrs old and have never been in any trouble with the law. It happenned in Colorado and 1 yr probation was transferred to Texas where I live.

The question however is about a court official who lied to me. She said my liscense was suspended and that I would have to leave my vehicle in Colorado. I did. Now I'm home in Texas paying for rides only to find out that my liscense is good, and that It could be a year before it catches up to me here.

I found out when I hired a Texas attorney to apply for an occupational liscense. I live in the boonies with no neighbors, and have no vehicle to even complete the terms of my probation.

CAN THE COURT BE SUED FOR LYING?
