Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

jurisdiction for US expats

My was divorced from her 1st husband in Alaska 8 years ago. My wife and I currently are living in Canada. We are on a 3 year expat assignment from the US. We are having difficulty with my wife's exhusband on child support and custody. Her ex now lives in Colorada. If we were going to try and the get divorce decree and child support and visitation amended. Who has legal jursidiction in this matter?
