The mother of my 8 month old son is keeping him from me. She had stayed she is going to move out of state. What can I do?

If you care about the child you need to file for Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (APR) immediately and get court orders in place allowing you to see your child. It would be a good idea to hire an attorney to help you do this. You need to do this as soon as possible.
