Re: vacation pay if resigning?

As a general rule, upon your resignation, the employer is liable to pay all your earned wages on the next regular payday. Wages includes vacation pay that is earned and determinable in accordance with your agreement with the employer.

Review your employment manual or other agreements regarding vacation pay and if it is earned and determinable under those agreements, the employer is obligated to pay you for that vacation time. Good luck.
