Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

Chapter 13 dismissal and Statute of limitations

I had a credit I defaulted on back in 2002 in Texas. Made no further payments. Filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2005, refiled in 2006 and dismissed in 2007. Only payments made on the 13 were to the auto loan and mortgage. Moved from Texas to Connecticut in 2007. Renting a house no assets to speak of. A lawyer through a collection company is trying to collect on the debt. Does the 4 year SOL in Texas or does Chapter 13 reset the clock even though no payments were made to the credit card.
