Crime and Punishment

If you are a juvenile and a first time offender, what are possible penalties for an unarmed breaking and entering; Nothing was stolen and the owners of the household were on vacation at the time.

The question is a little too general to give you a specific answer. The possible juvenile penalties and programs are varied. As a first timer with a non-violent crime and some sort of restitution, the youthful offender (YO) program is an alternative that avoids penalties and a record with some strings attached. I would need to know more to tell you more.
