Legal Question in DUI Law in Connecticut

2 DUI convictions and pulled over again!

I have had 2 dui convictions in the past ten years. Last night, I was pulled over by the authorities, and charged with DUI again. I refused to take the breathalyzer test. What can I expect when I go to court? Mandatory jail time? Will I lose my license for life?

you should hire a lawyer IMMEDIATELY if possible, you may be facing felony charges and potential jail time as a result of your priors.

A DUI charge for the third time is a serious offense. The issue then becomes how many convictions you have in the past, and the date of those convictions. Have you ever used a program? Further facts are needed in order to give a proper legal opinion. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
