Leaving the state

When my first husband and i were getting divorced he was afraid i would leave the state of connecticut with our children.i never thought i would leave so i agreed to it but now 5yrs later im remarried and my now husbands company may be laying off people we want to relocate to the carolinas. how can i get to leave the state of C.T. and move with my husband?

Re: Leaving the state

You would have to go to court in order to change the original agreement. The judge would then have to approve of the change and then make the appropriate modificiations if necessary.
